If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• In its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it immediately.
